The Wildwood Crest Department of Recreation has announced that the Friday night fireworks display that culminates day one of Seafarer’s Weekend have been postponed due to strong winds. Winds are gusting out of the northeast thanks to a coastal storm off the coast of the Carolinas, which makes the fireworks display impossible Friday evening. Wildwood Crest continues with all other plans for Seafarer’s Weekend, including the huge fair along Sunset Lake on Saturday. Join WCZT Radio for a live broadcast on site from 10am until Noon.
