The main casino union for the Trump Taj Mahal has filed 27 unfair labor practices charges against the casino. Unite-Here Local 54 said work schedules were changed without discussion and decisions were made to cost employees money. The story was first reported by the AP. Billionaire Carl Icahn has been fighting with the union in court over efforts to cut their benefits. Icahn said the casino isn’t viable under current economic conditions.
