UNIONS JOIN TO FIGHT PENSION RULING

The state’s highest court ruled that Gov. Chris Christie was allowed to not make a full pension payment in order to balance the budget. A total of 16 public unions will now ask the country’s highest court to overturn that ruling. The NJEA among others, have petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the pension case and make a ruling.
