If you got an early start on your spring plantings, you may have a problem overnight tonight. The National Weather Service has posted a Freeze Warning for Cape May County as temperatures are expected to sink below the freezing mark early Tuesday morning. The warning is in effect for Tuesday from 3am until 9am. Temperatures are expected to drop overnight into the upper 20s on the mainland, and to near 30 degrees along the beaches.
