A 33 year old woman has been accused of stealing school lunches and money from children who are as young as three years old. Millville Police say Rosa Rios was arrested on Friday. Rios worked for Sheppard Bus Services, which recently canned Rios as a result of the charges. Rios is accused of stealing lunches and money from as many as 29 children while she worked for the bus company.
