U.S. SUPREME COURT DECLINES TO HEAR CASE ON NJ BAN ON MINORS GAY CONVERSION THERAPY

New Jersey become one of the first states a couple of years back to ban gay-to-straight conversion therapy on minors. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a case this week that would have challenged that law. Proponents for the reversal say it violates 1st Amendment rights. More legal challenges are expected to come, but the law did survive its latest challenge.
