Brown has been charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon. Full cash bail was set at $100,000. Brown is being lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center. Matthews was charged with disorderly conduct and was released on a summons complaint.
