TWO OFFICIALLY INDICATED IN CONNECTION WITH ANGSTADT MURDER

Two men have been officially indicted in connection with the killing of 15 year old Nicole Angstadt in Rio Grande last year.  The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that 23 year old Derrick Powers and 33 year old Charles Mosley have both been indicted on murder, felony murder, and other serious charges.  Both could face 30 years to life if convicted of the crimes.
