TWO NORTH JERSEY MALLS TO OPEN ON THANKSGIVING

Consumerism is continuing to eat into Thanksgiving. Two major malls in North Jersey have announced intentions to be open on Thanksgiving Day. Garden State Plaza and Paramus Park both will be open on Thanksgiving night. A national debate has arisen as some major retailers have chosen to open up Thanksgiving night instead of waiting till Black Friday. To this point, no major shopping outlets in our area have announced opening on the holiday.
