The two neighboring towns to Margate support the use of eminent domain by the state. Gov. Chris Christie and the state is seeking eminent domain to get the approvals necessary to move ahead with dune projects along the Margate beachfront. The mayor’s of Ventnor and Longport say they support the steps being taken by the state.
