TWO MILLVILLE COPS AVOID DRUNK DRIVING CHARGES

Two Millville police officers were fortunate to skip drunk driving charges in court.  The prosecutor handling the case says there was a luck of sufficient evidence to charge either cop with the cop.  Officer Michael McLaughlin plead guilty to a reckless driving hearing in court, while Officer Charles Twigg had his charges dismissed.  Both cops were off duty in September, 2014 when they were involved in an accident on Carmel Road.
