TWO MILESTONES REACHED IN ONE MIDDLE LACROSSE GAME

Two significant milestones were reached in one lacrosse game on Wednesday, as the Middle Township H.S. girls defeated Lower Cape May 20-4. Sophomore Bridget Ruskey scored her 200th career goal, while sophomore teammate Allison Hunter scored her 100th career goal in the same game. Ruskey, who entered the game ranked third in the state with 86 goals, scored five times for the Lady Panthers and Allison Hunter led all scorers with six goals. Jenna Herlihy, who scored her 100th career goal last month, added five goals in the game.
