Two Pennsylvania men were rescued Saturday night after their 20-foot boat sank about 1 mile off the Cohansey River in the Delaware Bay. State Police report that 45-year old Richard Stevens, of Philadelphia, and 21 year-old Matthew Puglin, of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., were found clinging to a cooler in the water. The men made a distress call that their boat was taking on water just before 6 p.m. on Saturday. Rescue crews from the U.S. Coast Guard and the State Police Marine Unit at Bivalve rescued the two men, who were treated for hypothermia.
