Atlantic City Police have charged two men with drug offenses during separate arrests this week. 18 year old Regan Young of Atlantic City was arrested after a foot chase in which he discarded wax folds of illegal drugs. A short time later, 35 year old Marcus Burris was charged with the wax folds in his possession.
