Two Lower Township men have been arrested and charged with causing the drug induced death of 59 year old Susan Perkins in West Cape May last summer. Authorities say 79 year old Francis Leszcynski and 59 year old Paul Neville sold the drugs to Perkins that caused her death. Both could face between ten to 20 years in prison, if convicted.
