Another drug bust in Lower Township during a traffic stop. This time it happened Sunday night at the David C. Douglass Park in North Cape May. Authorities arrested 39 year old Tracy Day of Erma and 36 year old Harry J. Hoover of Wildwood. Both were taken to the Cape May County Jail on various drug charges.
