TWO LOCAL WOMEN CHARGED DURING TRAFFIC STOP IN WILDWOOD

Two local women have been slapped with charges following a motor vehicle stop in Wildwood on Tuesday.  City police announced that 37 year old Stephanie Ayala of the Villas and 39 year old Elizabeth Singh of Rio Grande were both charged during the stop in the area of Washington Avenue. Ayala was charged with a drug offense, while Singh was wanted by the Department of Corrections for a prior escape.
