A big rainstorm last night is winding down Thursday morning and more than two inches of rain have fallen in the area. The National Weather Service has dropped the Coastal Flood Advisory for Cape May County, but some flood-prone areas of the county could see minor flooding at time of high tide. High tide will take place on the back bays after 9:00am on Thursday. A Rough Surf Advisory remains in effect, along with the threat of rip currents along our beaches.
