Two different traffic stops led to heroin arrests in Vineland. On Feb. 18, Sandra A. Bowser (25), of the 200 block of N. Leipzig Ave. in Egg Harbor City, was charged with possession of heroin and marijuana along with possession of heroin with the intent to distribute it. She was held in the Cumberland County Jail on $20,000 bail. On Feb. 19, Adam Grissman (24), of the 4100 block of Lake Rd. in Vineland, and Shanta Tull (25), of the 300 block of S. 4th St. in Millville, were charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute it. Grissman was held on $20,000 cash bail while Tull was released on summonses.
