An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted a couple today on 39 counts in connection with a series of crimes committed in May, 2010, including the murder, felony murder, carjacking and kidnapping of Martin Caballero, of Hudson County.
In addition to the homicide and kidnapping charges, Craig B. Arno, 45, of Atlantic City, and Jessica Kisby, 25, of Egg Harbor Township, were indicted on robbery, auto theft, aggravated arson, conspiracy, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of a weapons for an unlawful purpose, aggravated assault and terrorsitic threats.
Caballero went missing from the Trump Taj Mahal parking garage just minutes after he dropped off his family for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration.
