TWO CHARGED WITH MURDER HAVE BAIL HEARINGS DELAYED

The two men accused of murder in connection with the slaying of Nicole Angstadt had their bail hearings delayed on Tuesday. 22 year old Derrick Powers and 33 year old Charles Mosely, both of Rio Grande, will have those hearings at a later date. Defense attorneys argued Tuesday that they had not yet received discovery from the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
