A pair of men were charged with numerous drugs offenses in Millville. Police there charged Ricardo “Ricky” Arroyo and Alexander Elias, both of Millville, with possession of cocaine, heroin, marijuana, along with other related charges, and a weapons charge. Bail was set at $25,000. The arrest was made on Friday after members of the sheriff’s office were investigating an alleged prostitution incident.
