Two men have been charged with felony murder in connection with the slaying of a 24 year old man in Egg Harbor Township last year. Authorities have charged 26 year old Leonard Ludwigsen Jr. and 28 year old Neco J. Pitts in connection with the slaying of Arturo Berrera III in his home. He was shot in what authorities are calling “not a random incident”.
