Cape May Police have charged two men with various drug offenses after responding to a motor vehicle incident in the city back on April 27th. Police announced that 46 year old Mark Coleman of Leesburg, 19 year old Christian Ortega from Vineland, and 18 year old Joquarry Gibson of Millville were all hit with various drug offenses.
