Two Cape May residents were charged with stealing from a New York woman. Cape May Police announced the arrests of Nedyalka Pancheva and Angel Angelov on charges of theft of property. Police recovered $1600 in stolen property from the two. Bail for both was set at $5,500. Middle Township Police assisted with the investigation.
