Gas prices are continuing to work down in South Jersey. The latest figures from AAA Mid-Atlantic is that the average price at the pump dropped two cents in the past week. The new average is $3.12 per gallon, compared to $3.31 one year ago. Their analysts believe that prices could go down another 20 cents by Thanksgiving, putting many gas stations are below $3 a gallon before the end of the year.
