Two Lower Township residents were busted recently for possessing illegal drugs in their home on Bay Avenue in the Villas. Township Police today announced the arrests of 30 year old Jason Schuman and 21 year old Morgan McKinney. Police executed a search warrant at their home on November 22nd and found heroin, marijuana, and prescription drugs. Both were taken to the Cape May County Jail.
