Two have been arrested, and a third suspect is on the loose from a Vineland bank robbery. Angel Ortiz, 27, of Millville, and a 17-year-old from Millville were arrested in the incident. No information has been released about the third suspect. The bank in question was the Susquehanna Bank on South Lincoln Street.
