TWO ARRESTED FOR SELLING COUNTERFEIT ITEMS

Ocean City Police executed search warrants on two businesses and made two arrests for selling counterfeit items. Umar Farooq, of Brigantine, and Michael S. Miller, of Philadelphia, were both charged with trademark counterfeiting and criminal simulation. The items seized included Coach, Prada, and Louis Vuitton. Over 700 pieces of jewelry and 40 handbags were seized in the search. Both men were released on a summons..
