A motor vehicle stop in Lower Township led to two arrests. Police there say they brought Thomas Conley Jr. and Shawn Wilson into custody on Dec. 29. The stop was made in the area of Breakwater and Fishing Creek roads. Police say a controlled dangerous substance was found in the vehicle and both were charged. The North Cape May residents were released on a summons complaint.
