A pair of men were taken into custody for burglaries in Absecon. Jack Kalman and Arthur Schellinger were both charged with burglary, conspiracy, and theft. Kalman had bail set at $30,000, but Schellinger had bail put at $50,000. Both were lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. The two local residents were arrested and charged in three separate burglaries that occurred on August 2nd, 8th, and 24th to the same business- Sunoco Gas & Minimart located at 471 White Horse Pike.
