Two fatal accidents took place on the New Jersey Turnpike on Tuesday. State Police had not yet released the names of those killed. The accidents took place in Camden and near Mount Laurel. Police say there was a 13-mile backup as a result of those accidents. Both accidents involved a tractor trailer. The first accident in Camden took place when the tractor trailer hit a pedestrian. The second took place when a tractor trailer hit a truck from behind and the driver of the truck was killed. An investigation is on-going.
