TURNPIKE BRIDGE SHUT DOWN, EMERGENCY REPAIRS NEEDED

The bridge that links the New Jersey and Pennsylvania turnpikes is shut down for emergency repairs.  A structural piece of the bridge has a large crack in it so the bridge was shut down immediately.  Transportation officials are suggesting alternate routes for drivers including the use of interstates 78 and 295.
