A Tuckahoe man earned a face full of pepper spray after being combative with Stone Harbor Police on Saturday. Police say 28 year old James Osborn was pulled over by police for having fictitious plates on his vehicles. Upon questioning, Osborn became argumentative and had to be controlled with the spray. Osborn was hit with numerous charges including obstructing the administration of the law, and resisting arrest. Turns out the plates on his vehicle were fake.
