The man behind the wheel of a big rig that caused an accident over the weekend the critically injured comedian Tracy Morgan is being charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto. New Jersey State Police announced that charges have been filed against 35 year old Kevin Roper of Georgia. Roper’s truck caused the accident Saturday morning on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed one man and critically injured Morgan. Morgan is recovering from the accident at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
