TROUT GETS NAMED TO ALL-STAR TEAM AS A STARTER

A local star will take his place on a national stage. Millville native Mike Trout was named as a starting All-Star for the 2013 All-Star Game next week. Trout has followed up his unbelievable rookie start with a stellar sophomore year. Trout is hitting .315 with 15 home runs and 57 RBI. This year’s game will be played in New York City, at the home of the Mets. The Phillies had two players named to the All-Star team, Cliff Lee and Domonic Brown.
