Tropical Storm Fay has now formed in the Atlantic. This is the storm that has produced a Flash Flood Watch that is in effect Friday until 4:00am. Soaking rain is expected from this storm, with at least one to three inches of rain in all areas. There will be a strong chance for rip currents, and gusty winds will also be along the shore. Friday will not be a beach day.
