TROOPER PULLS OVER RETIRED COP..WHO DELIVERED HIM!

Talk about irony…New Jersey State Trooper Michael Patterson stopped motorist Matthew Bailly for a minor motor vehicle stop nearly a week ago.  It didn’t take long for both men to realize that Bailly, a retired police officer, was responsible for helping to deliver Patterson when he was a rookie cop.  Both families were ecstatic about the reunion…no word if Bailly was issued a ticket.
