The Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno was supposed to come to Sea Isle City today, but delayed the trip because of the impending weather system. While South Jersey is getting a lot of rain, a lot of the state is going to see snow today and into tonight. Sea Isle City has a zero tax increase proposed budget, and Guadagno was coming down on behalf of Gov. Chris Christie to congratulate Mayor Len Desiderio and the government in Sea Isle. Desiderio tells Coastal Broadcasting that Guadagno will be back in February.
