TRIAL KICKS OFF FOR MAN ACC– USED IN DAUGHTER’S DEATH

Opening arguments will kick off a trial for a man accused of throwing his baby off a bridge. Shamsiddin Abdur-Raheem is accused in the 2010 incident where authorities say he threw his daughter off the Driscoll Bridge on the Garden State Parkway. Abdur-Raheem, of Galloway, is charged with murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, and other related offenses.
