The trial begins on Tuesday for a Millville man accused of killing his father and burying him under their back porch in 2009. Dreu Ferguson Jr. was charged with murder two years after authorities found his father’s body buried beneath their Maple Street home, due to a lack of forensic evidence. In addition to murder charges, Ferguson is charged with disturbing, desecrating or concealing human remains; tampering with evidence; and terroristic threats. He will face Judge Robert Malestein in Superior Court on Tuesday morning.
