TRAFFIC STOP RESULTS IN HUGE HEROIN RECOVERY IN MILLVILLE

A routine traffic stop in Millville resulted in serious drug charges filed against a 29 year old man.  Ricardo Arroyo of Millville was charged with multiple drug offenses after a traffic stop yielded 12 dozen bags of heroin inside his vehicle.  Police announced they arrested Arroyo during a traffic stop Sunday morning at 4th and Pine streets.  Police also recovered marijuana and cash.
