Two local men have been arrested and charged following a routine motor vehicle stop in Cape May last week. Police say they stopped a pickup truck being driven by 52 year old David Costanza of Somers Point because the driver was not wearing a seat belt. Police investigated and found a knife and a controlled dangerous substance inside the vehicle. Also charged in connection with the traffic stop was 30 year old Brian Tsosie of North Cape May. Both were slapped with numerous offenses.
