Early on Wednesday a tractor-trailer crashed into the median on the Garden State Parkway southbound near Exit 36 in Egg Harbor Township. The crash occurred at 2:47 a.m. and hazmat crews needed to clean up a fuel leak at the accident site. The driver of the truck was not injured and the left lane of the parkway was closed until 10 a.m. during the clean-up and investigation.
