Supporters for a skate board park in Ocean City got a step closer this week with a town hall meeting that was held on the issue. A couple of members of council hosted the meeting and there remains the potential that a park could be opened up by next summer. There is money set aside in the budget for the park, but council had to work through specific issues that mostly seemed to be addressed. There still needs to be an ordinance on the park before it can move forward.
