TOURISM EXPERT CALLS FOR POSITIVE SUMMER

Early estimates are calling for a good summer at the Jersey Shore. Coastal Broadcasting spoke with Cape May County Tourism Director Diane Weiland who said the response her department has received at travel shows is better than last year. Numbers last year were up until Hurricane Irene rolled though during the last week of August. Weiland said she has heard from people that reservations are up and they are expecting a strong summer.
