TOURISM DEPARTMENT: SUMMER HAS BEEN B+

Hot summer weather has been good for tourism this summer. The Cape May County Tourism Director Diane Wieland told Coastal Broadcasting she feels the summer is a B+. Canadian tourists have helped carry the summer to become very successful. The tourism department is considering using some of the Canadian initiatives in some of their more successful markets. The coupon book that was made available in Canada has been viewed as a major reason for the influx this season.
