A top Christie aide may have been responsible for some lane closures near the George Washington Bridge. An email was reviewed by the Wall Street Journal from Bridget Anne Kelly to David Wildstein saying its “time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee.” Wildstein is one of two people who resigned over the flap that caused traffic jams for a week in September.
