TOLL COLLECTORS BEGIN TO FIGHT BACK IN NEW JERSEY

Toll collectors in New Jersey are mad, and fighting back.  A union that represents toll collectors on the state’s major toll roads filed a lawsuit on Thursday in an attempt to prevent a vote that would result in their jobs falling into private hands.  The Associated Press reports that the union is trying to prevent the vote, saying that they even agreed to take pay cuts to keep their state jobs.  Governor Christie has been advancing the push to privatize these jobs.
