A Pennsylvania man has been charged with DUI and other offenses following a motor vehicle accident Friday night on Seashore Road. Lower Township Police say 26 year old Joseph Bonner of Doylestown was issued three motor vehicle summonses in connection with the accident; another driver suffered two broken wrists in the accident.
